I bought it for my dad but he passed away before he could use it. I moved it to my property just above Nevada city. It's solid and everything works good. I'm asking $5900 obo. It has 2 7gal propane tanks and 2 marine batteries that are good. It has 2 flat screens, electric fireplace, A/C and 12v propane heater, electric/propane fridge, microwave, range, oven, and water heater. I have trees being removed for septic tank and its in the way. Good deal for a solid trailer. Bill of Sale. No back fees if you deal with dmv and submit statement of facts. I need this gone because I have heavy equipment coming out and tree work to do. Thanks!
