These masts are typically mounted to trailers or other stable surfaces via a 8" by 8" by 1/2" thick square mounting base-plate which has been drilled to accept four 5/8" anchor bolts. A 4" by 4" by 1/4" thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for light fixtures and equipment or Cameras. This is a heavy duty unit designed for use in demanding conditions and for overall longevity in difficult construction environments with heavy duty steel construction for maximum durability.
