Very large Tiny House - $20,000. 40-foot by 8.5 ft. by 13.5 ft dimensions. Professional driver and mover should be hired. This trailer is not registered at DMV. I built it as a new home and from scratch about 7 years ago and I did not get around to it having it registered as RV. Need the space and lowered price to sell asap.
Sold As Is and buyer takes all responsibilities to transport safely. Not designed as a traveling trailer, this is best for a second dwelling or rental unit at a property. This was built with extra insulation, 120v outlets every 4 feet, full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and a standard home breaker panel 120/240v. Heating and air conditioning via mini-split unit. Note: the fireplace/chimney, fridge, dishwasher, and washer dryer are not included. Lastly, one side of the glass on the front door is broken, and there is some water damage to the flooring just inside the front door, which is covered by a floor mat.
