6x12 single axel trailer that was built out inside. Asking $8,000. I purchased the trailer new around 2019 for $8,000 (never used once since I purchased it) Has extra electronic outlets, solar panels, ready to add your choice of batteries, two large inverters that can output 10kw of power, enough to power a home if you add more solar panels. I put a picture in the description of a similar inverter and comparable price. Was internally wired with outlets and externally wired with 240v and 120v outlets. full-size AC heat pump mini-split. There is a 60-inch TV for entertainment and a desk for work space. 30-gallon water storage tank and small sink with included water heater. Fits a queen size bed inside, insulated with R13 all around - even the ground. Has breaker panel with extra area to add extra ground mount solar. Priced to sell quickly. Put $20,000 into this build but moved and priorities changed.
