Everde Growers is looking for a reliable Class A Driver to join our team at our Winters farm!
The Role
We are looking for a driver to deliver and offload plant material to landscape jobs and national retail stores. The majority of our work is local, but you will need to be certified and eligible to handle intra-state long-haul deliveries when the job calls for it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving: Operating 3+ ton trucks and pulling trailers.
- The Physical Part: You will offload materials at each delivery, sometimes with help and equipment, sometimes without.
- The Details: Handling paperwork, maintaining ELD, and doing basic equipment checks to keep your truck running smooth.
- Teamwork: Connecting and disconnecting trailers as needed.
What You Need
- Class A CDL: A clean record is a must (max 2 points, no DUIs).
- Double Trailers: You must have your California DMV endorsement to pull doubles.
- Experience: At least 1–3 years of driving experience (or a year of trade school).
- Communication: Must have oral communication skills in English and ability to read and write in English. Bilingual is a plus!
- Reliability: You’ll be subject to standard DOT rules and random drug testing.

- Pay depends on experience estimated base starting pay at $22/hour. Overtime available.
