We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused Tow Truck Driver to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping others, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
✅ Responsibilities
Operate flatbed and/or wheel-lift tow trucks safely and professionally
Respond to dispatch calls in a timely manner
Tow disabled, illegally parked, or accident-damaged vehicles
Provide roadside assistance (jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery)
Maintain accurate paperwork and digital logs
Conduct pre- and post-trip truck inspections
Deliver excellent customer service in stressful situations
Follow safety guidelines, traffic laws, and company procedures
✅ Requirements
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
Clean driving record
Tow truck experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Ability to work nights, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed
