Directly across the lake from Mount Konocti. Boat to restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, golf, etc. Excellent swimming, waterskiing, fishing and sailing right off the dock. New Paint, Bedding & Linens. Plenty of parking for extra vehicles and trailers. Three cots in the finished garage with a ping pong table and free Wi-Fi.

Weekly (7 nights) $1898 (add $271.00 per night for each additional night)

Transient Occupancy Tax (11.5% of Total Rent) plus $135 one time Cleaning fee.
