It includes full size laundry; 1 car garage with direct access to cabin; hi-speed internet; high efficiency central forced air heating with wifi thermostat supplemented by new energy-efficient convection wall heaters in the upstairs bedrooms; 50 gallon hybrid wifi equipped water heater; fully stocked (Keurig, Nespresso, air fryer, rice cooker etc.) island kitchen with quartz counters, counter seating, new appliances etc.
The entry level has a separate entryway for easy boot/jacket removal, boot warmer; a separate utility room with heated floors, a full size washer/dryer and a large closet (this room could also be used as a ski tuning room).
The main level includes an open kitchen/dining area/living room layout with high ceilings, large windows, a freestanding gas stove, dining table that seats up to 8 and the fully stocked island kitchen. Also on this level is a full bathroom off of the hallway; a large family room with smart TV, a sectional with power recliners and headrests, air hockey table and a 2 person area for games or puzzles. This main level also includes bedroom #1 with a queen bed and ensuite 3/4 bathroom with heated floor.
Up a flight of stairs are 3 more bedrooms - bedroom #2 has a queen bed, ensuite 1/2 bathroom with heated floor and an energy-efficient convection wall heater. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, ensuite 1/2 bathroom with heated floor and an energy-efficient convection wall heater. Bedroom #4 has twin beds, ensuite 3/4 bathroom with heated floor and an energy-efficient convection wall heater.
The cabin also has a large flat driveway, a bear box for trash and is located in the secluded, peaceful and family friendly neighborhood of Serene Lakes.
Cabin is available for a 4 month Ski Lease from 1/1/2026 thru 4/30/2026. Maximum of 8 people and 3 vehicles in the driveway (there's no street parking in the winter). Tenant pays for electricity, propane and prorated snow removal for the driveway. Tenant is also responsible for keeping the deck cleared of snow or for hiring to have it shoveled (we can recommend a great person for this). Owner pays for wifi, trash and water. No smoking and due to owner's allergies, no pets.
