About the Team:
Our eBusiness Team needs you! This cross-functional hybrid team of seasoned marketers and developers is the engine that drives our innovative B2C and B2B ecommerce and content websites. We've built functionality that makes other industry professionals say "wow!" and we're continuing the build-out of our online presence.
Your Role:
In conjunction with our Director of eBusiness, use your knowledge and experience to organize and guide the strategy for holistic digital marketing for our mature B2C website, emerging B2B ecommerce initiatives, and the brand as a whole. Manage multiple service providers to increase acquisition, conversion and retention while optimizing for a balance of ROI and revenue.

Maintain the Digital Marketing Calendar and lead the weekly Digital Marketing Meeting to coordinate with internal departments and keep online/offline marketing efforts in lock-step. Create and manage targeted campaign strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness while continually testing and optimizing for maximum efficiency.

Support internal departments, including our International division, with expert advice regarding digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate with co-workers in other departments to maintain consistency with branding and other Intellectual Property.

Oversee the Order and Fulfillment Coordinator, in part to ensure that appropriate inventory is available for all sales/marketing programs. Work with the Junior Front-End Developer and Content Developer to create and publish on-site elements and landing pages, and to deploy scheduled email campaigns.

The candidate also needs to have an intimate understanding of ecommerce and the attendant technologies, such as website platform end-user administration tools. Expertise with Excel (including pivot tables) is essential, and working knowledge of Google Analytics, Word, PhotoShop and PowerPoint are likewise important.

Summary: In conjunction with the Director of eBusiness, sets the strategy for on-site and off-site digital marketing in support of direct-to-consumer ecommerce, emerging business-to-business ecommerce initiatives, and the brand as a whole. Manages, analyzes and implements digital marketing programs and partnerships with third-party service providers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating and growing the company's digital marketing efforts. Creates and manages targeted campaign strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness while continually testing, tracking, and optimizing for both revenue and ROI. Strategies include, but are not limited to:
• SEM/PPC campaigns
• Retargeting/Display advertising
• Affiliate programs
• Email campaigns (batch, triggered, transactional)
• SEO
• A/B & Multi-variate testing / Customer segmentation
• Website personalization

Responsible for tracking KPIs using Google Analytics, 3rd-party service provider administrative dashboards and other resources. Generates reports on a weekly, monthly, yearly and as-needed basis.

Manages the design and deployment of website category/info landing pages to support branding and ecommerce campaigns, including writing/editing online marketing copy to maximize revenue and SEO goals.

Maintains an ongoing schedule for digital marketing efforts supporting both eBusiness and other internal teams.

Oversees the weekly Digital Marketing Meeting with the goal of coordinating the collective efforts of eBusiness, Product Marketing, Public Relations and Creative Services. Serves as a digital marketing expert resource for internal departments, including Specialty and International.

Manages the Catalog and Inventory Fulfillment Coordinator.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or four or more years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to launch.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software and web technologies as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and Powerpoint).

Other Skills and Abilities
Excellent project management, communication and analytical skills required. Ability to work independently, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are necessary. Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals is also required.
